Ran the 1/2 Marathon in Sg

2 hour 7 minute as recorded in the ipod nano..

Getting lazy to upload time in here 'cos bought that little device from HK last month. Too relied on the distance measurement which it wasn't working well previously as wrong concept in placing.

Hope I can still catch up with my hi-school friend as we are challenging who will be the first one to complete 100km in December...!

Never run 1/2 Marathon again as it hurt like heXX..! >_<

Tried jogging in the local stadium but being forced to leave as it close at 2030... turn to the swimming pool afterwards for a bit of refresh..

Jog: 13 lap in 30 minutes
Swim: 20 min

I joined 1/2 Marathon by Standard Chartered in Dec. Not much jogging due to different trips I have to go in the month...

I bought my shoes to the race track in the local stadium last night, it was closed due to soccer match in the middle field... ended up swimming in consecutively 2 days.

Will start jogging in Sept again, after another trip..
